Sorry, the font didn't work for that post. An image may help.

Yes, just type it out in Notepad,
and post an image of it.

For the record, Yossarian is talking about the stamp in the OP, confirming what Vayolene and Just for fun already wrote.

Rob Roy, it's not the print quality, but actual different typefaces we are seeing for the red surcharge stamp(s). It might help to turn everything upside and compare shapes and character positions to filter out "trying" to read the characters. Except for the two leftmost Kwangtung stamps in floortrader's image, the "20"s don't match each other, either.

Thanks to everyone for your assistance. Here is what I have determined...

The first image is a postal savings stamp from Chekiang listed in Chinese Specialized Catalogue as:
PS134 50˘ on $1 Green (673), Paicheng. Chinese wood free paper 2.00

The second image is from the 20˘ surcharges of 1943 stamps which are distinguished by the colour and spacing of the characters. Based on this, I believe it is listed in Chinese Specialized Catalogue as:
853 20˘ on 13˘ Green, Hong Kong Martyr (510) (pale red), wide type stamp, wide spacing 2.50
