Question About "Stamp Manage"

I purchased the online 2023 Stamp Manage download.
I was unable to download it. I asked Stamp Manage for help and never got a response. I then asked If I could purchase the flash drive version and pay the difference and they never responded. I then purchased the flash drive at full price.
The flash drive arrived and the only instructions were to go to You-Tube for a tutorial. I have yet to find a tutorial on you-tube on how to download the flash drive. When I insert the flash drive my computer locks up and I have to do a restart.
Can anyone here suggest what I might do at this point?

RE: PC freezes when inserting the USB drive

This has to be one of three things;
- the USB drive they sent is corrupt
- the USB driver on your PC is corrupt
- the specific USB port is bad

To test, try plugging in a different USB device into the same USB port and see if it initializes and works. If your test device works, then the issue is that they sent you a corrupt USB drive

If the test device does not work, try plugging the StampManage USB drive into another port.

If none of your USB ports or devices are working, you will need to update/replace your USB driver.
