US Classics Plate Proofs

Hi all. I recently got interested in plate proofs of the US classic issues from the 19th century. Here's a set of the 1869 pictorial plate proofs on India paper (P3 in the Scott catalog) that I recently acquired at auction. These proofs bring out the amazing quality and detail of the engravings and the colors really pop. Are there any other proof collectors out there? If so it would be great to see some of your collection in this topic. Best to all my fellow philatelists, Murph.

Jim Lee is still around - I think mostly dealing by e-mail with established customers. I believe he is planning to attend GASS in Cleveland, but will not have a table.
