Recently obtained a photocopy of an article regarding some of Romania's "Asistenta Sociala" charity issues which appeared in a journal published by the Romanian Philatelic Services.

Believe RPS was based in Jamaica Estates NY.

Google search to learn more about this organization unsuccessful. Does it still exist? If not, is there a successor organization?

BL: Wish to learn if there is an English-language publication (e.g., newsletter, journal) specific to Romania philately.

Thanks in advance.

I have been using "Yandex" to translate Marcilor page images as required,
It is helpful, but not ideal.
Romanian seems a difficult language to translate.

Any other image translators, would be welcomed, for a try.

Jim,
I found this I downloaded in 2012
So there exists some material, possibly a British society.
