The form and the size of the leters of the overprint of this SG O50 KEVII, stamp is diferente and larger . Is this considered to be a variation or it's just a forgery?

As with the other stamp, I'd be surprised if they weren't forgeries.

There is a purple remnant of a cancellation. Those tend to be fiscal cancellations. Officials were never used as revenue stamps. I agree with Bobby this, very likely, is a forgery.

Thank you for your accurate observation. I havent noticed the cancel at all. Now I have no doubt tath it's a fake .
