My wife and I are currently on vacation in the USA.
I am wondering if printed copies of Linn's Stamp News are on sale in physical stores?
If so, will there be stores in Chicago that sell the magazine?
I would not mind if they are second hand or older issues btw.

Peter

I dont remember ever seeing one in stores. Maybe check in a Barnes & Noble bookstore magazine section. They are usually able to answer questions over the phone to save a trip. Maybe look for a Philatelic store if in a larger city...

They claim 6000 magazines but haven't been there myself. You can call ahead and check.

The only place your going to find a LINN'S Stamp News newspaper in Chicago is at the STAMP KING stamp store at 7139 w. Higgins ave right off of Harlem ave . It is near the Jefferson Park el stop {public transportation }
Call first ,Charlie Berg is the owner ,Charlie and me knew each other, back when Bob Weiss was Stamp King {1960's } and I lived near his store on Pulaski Rd and Addison , then Richard Drews bought the name and moved it up to the Higgins address . Richard ran stamp auctions from Stamp King for years and sold me a lot of stuff ,plus a few huge inventories when he needed space around the stamp store . Place is jam packed even today but you will find a few copies of Linn's there .

You may also want to check at local library, some of them used to carry Linn's.
