My wild guess:

Play (Pretend) or Toy postage stamps that would be contained in a child's Let's Play Post Office - type game.

A number of them appear to be dated 1942 or 1943. Provide a better picture or scan of a few of them.

They look vaguely Hungarian to me, based on the designs. The red ones in the middle have the date, 29/10/1947 - I think it's 1947, but it might be 42 or 43. The green ones to the left of them appear to have 1/7/1947 [ie, 1st of July] - don't know what those dates might mean?

I don't think they are Hungarian.
They must be from Belgium, the Netherlands or Finland, because of the rampant lion that is on the coat of arms of the three countries and is repeated a lot on stamps toys.

I believe Roberto is close. The two first stickers on the second row look like Dutch ones. I can not find the SCF post that shows the whole series

I was also trying to check dates where I could take a reasonable guess. Some appear to be key dates during the Holocaust? There are references to Belgium and Netherlands for some of those dates.

@Roberto,

Do not forget our former countrymen in Luxembourg. Also, Bohemia has a rampant lion that appears in the Czech and former Czechoslavak arms.

anilkhemlani, kindly give us larger images of a few of these. This is turning into a pure guessing game. If that's what this is supposed to be, I'm guessing member NSK made these since NSK's initials are on some.

They are World War II Belgian rationing coupons.

You can find a picture with some of these coupons here: https://www.balenbevrijd.com/het-da...s-leven.html

@Anil,

Rationing coupons, at best, are cinderellas. They are interesting, but have very little to do with postage. I doubt they are rare or valuable. Whether you want to add them to your collection is your choice.

You might look on ebay to see if any Belgian rationing stamps (or coupons) are on offer. Also try to look for 'rantsoenzegel'.
