Specimen Stamps, May Be Switzerland

Every time I get a new box full of odds and ends, there seems to be a few items that I need help with. In the latest there are these 5 blocks, three of which are labelled "Specimen 1966". I am only assuming the two unlabelled ones are somehow related.

No country is named but the German Phrase "Mehrfarbiger Stichtiefdruck" and the general appearance of the design leads me to think they are perhaps Swiss in origin.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes they are swiss proof stamps.
