1 Pounds 1891, UK Stamp- Error At The Frame?

There is a tiny green speck and part of the outhern frame are elongated .
Is this something which could be normally seen ?
I'm asking because there was a nother 1 pound stamp which had a dot on a very similar place on it's left marginal side.

That at the bottom looks black and not part of the printing. That at top might be a printing variety.

It could be just normal for this stamp (Scott 124). I have a copy with the same sort of ink-pull in the lower right corner.



(I thought you posted this same stamp earlier, but could not find the link.)

I can see tath your stamp has the same elongated area's at the outhern frame. It's completely identical .
This is a nother stamp,the one you were referring had a feature tath
resembled very much to letter S at the right marginal side. I will post the link if I find it.
