Help With Identifying These 3 Stamps

OK, look: if the designs are printed directly onto the paper, card, envelope, etc it's not a stamp. Just run your finger over what you have. Does it feel like a piece of paper was glued down? Do you feel discreet edges surrounding the design? No? Then it's not a stamp. I can tell from 15,500+ km away these aren't stamps, and you have them right in front of you.
Normally, I wouldn't think anything of this, but after over two years on this site and almost 700 posts, c'mon already.

Not 100% sure but they are probably cut outs from early pre-stamped envelopes.
The middle one is familiar and listed. The first and last with OS are probably Official envelopes used by Government departments and aren't listed, in normal catalogues. Very interesting though and not often seen.
