Can you please help me with this Italy ,Segnatasse 1 lire stamp ?
There is an extra ink at left on the middle part of the the number.
It makes it uneven and different in shape,from other examples. Is this a commonly seen occurrence ?

Looks like the number was inked heavily, causing some bleeding on the sides. I have a couple that also have that, although not as pronounced as yours.
