Has anyone ever seen this an overstamp that says Swiss Bank Corporation? Wish I had a better picture.

FDunno what A85 is. Picture reference number in Scott for photo Mackennals?

They are private (commercial) overprints. Usually for stamps used as proof of revenue having been paid. Overprinting the stamp made it impossible for clerks to steal them and sell them back to the post office.

This will have been used by a British office (almost certainly London) of the Swiss Bank Corporation (since 1998 merged into SVB/UBS).
