First sheet, bottom row. Canada Unitrade or Scott # 37- Small queen selection from Canada. Possible paper / perforation types or varieties.
Definetly does not fit in with the internal revenue stamps from the U.S.A. There are some nice clear/ cancels on those revenues though.

mottaz, the last two Official stamps shown on your last photo, 060 and 038 each have many varieties. Lots of double transfers on the 6c State, especially in the first column (Pos 1, 21, 31 etc, only one position is unaffected).
038 has 1 8 7 plated varieties, 5 major (2, 22, 36, 46, 66) and 12 minor Lines in N.

See Chronicle 223 / August 2009 / Vol. 61, No. 3 233

I collect United States stamps but not revenue. I collect 1847 to 2004 US postage stamps and postage dues as well as Ducks. I guess most of us have a cut off date, or a cut off line in a area of interest.

You're asking for opinions, Dan Harding is the resident revenue expert. He can tell you if those are silk papers.
