The 1888 on thin paper with pin perf is valued at $27.50 (no used value listed) but if the perf is 12 1/2 then $8.00 new and $30.00 used.

The 1889 which was issued on thick paper with a perf of 12 and 12 1/2 is valued at $5.50 new and $6.00 used.

Lucky

This appears to be from Stones V, VI or VII. If the paper mesh is vertical, and the paper is medium thickness, it's Stone V, SG 4, £11; if it's thick paper, it's Stone VII, SG 6 and £9 mint. If the paper mesh is horizontal and the paper is medium thickness, it's Stone VI which is unlisted in Gibbons, and if the paper is thick, it's Stone VI and SG 5, £9.

So there you are: either £9 or £11.
