12c #69 Possible Plate Scratch

Can anyone confirm if this is a known plate scratch? And before you ask for a bigger image, I do not own the stamp, so this is what wee are stuck with.

It does look like a plate scratch to me as well good find. It appears that they are several small scratches besides the main scratch that goes across the top third of the stamp. They are small ones in lower third right of stamp as well.
