Part of my recent acquisition is this grouping of beautiful seals mostly German but a few mixed in. Haven't had much luck finding info on them so any comments would be appreciated.

Nsk, I see it says event markers, very interesting. Haven't heard this before. Makes me wonder since this came from the Dubois stuff I recently got if it wasn't something he had come across during his Olympic stamps search.

They appear to be seals issued to advertise exhibitions or maybe for the exhibitions.

Another possibility is that someone issued a series of seals depicting 'medals' awarded at German trade exhibitions of the era.
