Western Australia Swan Stamps With Transvers Uncomplete Watermark Is It Normal

would like to share: there is 2 stamps the watermark is transverse and not complete only the crown and top of letter V is this common.

Is the second one a watermark sideways variety?

@Bobby De La Rue ,there is 2 stamps the water mark is like the seconed photo I sent both are water mark 70 in scott crown and "V" both are issue 1902 the last stamp from left in first and second row, I hope some one can add more info.

I'm seeing a crown over CA in the second image and a Crown over V in the third image.

Bobby De La Rue: the crown over CA is normal but the crown over V is not normal so I need to ask is that common in the issue of 1902 .

The watermark is normal for the issue
