I have these 2 "stamps" in my collection from the Commune of Rimini in Italy. Would like to learn more about them. Are they Cinderellas or are they local revenues of some kind? What year are they from? Any help is much appreciated.
Diritti di segreteria are administrative fees payable to the local or regional government. These are for the community of Rimini, a famous seaside town in Italy.
I was able to find some more info via an online catalog but the info was pretty limited. Do you happen to have any more info on a more specific date or range that these were used?
Hello NSK, Looking at this thread https://www.stampcommunity.org/topi...OPIC_ID=8779 it seems more like "hyphen hole" than "rouletted",but I am not an Expert at all. In any case I translated "dentellatura a trattini",that means "hyphen-hole perforation".
