Here:
https://goscf.com/t/85122 is about the main area of interest for an up coming Seigel's sale. While 197 lots are EFOs, there are 33 lots in the two categories mentioned in the title to this topic. The remaining 17 lots are gun advertising and illustrated WWII covers round out the auction.
Perhaps I am late to notice, but I find these to be an interesting new auction division areas. As is the case with Siegel's the items listed are not light weight examples as to price nor significance to philatelic interests.
Edited for missed capital letter in title and this:
While there are the two female specific categories, in the gun cover lots, 8 of 10 depict women plus the one group lots of several covers half depict women. That seem to show the guns category is bigger (read better prices) than merely female. For the illustrated covers just one lot shows a female but that and two others were created by a female, Dorothy Knapp. The one group lot of 63 covers contain many depicting females as well.
So it seems, 'Female' categories are a narrow subset of all things with women illustrated.
