Inquiring About Chile Revenues

I wanted to see what information anyone had regarding these revenues from Chile. I have seen them come up as simply revenues online but was curious if they were used for something specialized or specific. I also have been seeing a lot of conflicting years for when these were issued if someone could clarify.

These were used for all fiscal usage, receipts,notarized documents ect..
The first two were also valid for postal use (depending on the value) from 1880-1901.
Postaly used stamps should have a readable date in the cancel.
