I have this cover that is in my late Father's collection. It has (2) Postage Due stamps on it. The 1c appears to be either J52 or J59 since it is Perf 10. Does anyone know of distinguishing features that would let me differentiate between the two?

The 5 cent is J64, so the probability is very high that it is J59. Especially at such a late date of use.
