You ought to take a look at Stephen R. Datz, Scott Catalogue of Errors on U.S. Postage Stamps. The 16th edition appeared in 2014. I do not believe there is a subsequent edition.
Note that Datz deals with errors, and not freaks or oddities.
Stephen Datz died in 2015. Scott took over publication in 2019 with the 17th edition. The 18th edition came out in 2021. The US Scott Specialized Catalog also lists most major errors, but the Datz books include more information such as known quantities.
To try a different approach ... Based on the only other thread you have created here (on a coil miscut by the user, thus not an error), I would tend to believe you may be falling into a very common trap to classify any minor production freak/oddity as an "error". I would recommend instead that you post a few of your more unusual cases here where you can get feedback in more depth than what most books or websites will provide. Technology and production tolerances "back in the day" didn't produce a high percent of perfectly centered stamps. It is not difficult to post images: jpeg and less than 300Kb.
