Can anyone help me with this Stamp. Cant find any info anywhere. Appears to be old.

It looks like a meter that was printed on an envelope.

Search ebay for "India Meter" under stamps category and you will find lots of examples.

This meter stamp uses the old currency in which 16 annas equalled one rupee. In 1957 India switched to decimal currency in which 100 naye paise equalled one rupee, so this must be at least as old as that.
