My (albeit older, 1996) Scott catalog lists Ukraine regular issues 1 - 74, all issued in 1918 - 1919, then immediately to number 100 issued in 1992. My Steiner Classic / Ukraine pages 1 - 4 list Scott Ukraine 1 - 74, all makes sense.

However, after Scott 74, my Steiner Classic / Ukraine pages list numerous seemingly regular issues with overprints ...
- in 1920 re: Kharkiv and then 1918 re: Kharkiv and Kylv (page 5),
- then 1920 re: Kharkiv / Russian Arms and Kyiv (page 6 and top of 7)
- then 1922, re: Khiv / Russian Postal Savings (bottom of page 7)

I have looked in Scott Russia and all the Russia overprint references in the index but can't find these 1920 - 1922 Ukraine stamps, but can't find them. Where are they in Scott? Thanks in advance, I appreciate your help.

Your question presents the answer.
It's time for a catalog upgrade.
The 2019 Scott lists 1-87 before skipping ahead to 100.

Scott classic Specialized actually does a pretty good job listing the various Trident overprint varieties of 1918-1919 that exist. I think for pre-1940 Steiner bases his pages on the classic specialized listings so that is where the Kharkiv issues likely derive.
