Nicaragua Customs Stamp EFO

Hi, everyone:

I'm looking for help on these Nicaraguan Customs Stamps. The first stamp (UL) is the normal one and is used. The other three are MNG.

Any ideas on how these were printed like that, or were they an attempt at a forgery?

You have customs duty stamps of 1913.

The first stamp is from the first series of 1913 and is lithographed.

The other poorly printed stamps are from the second series of 1913 and also are lithographed. They are genuine despite looking like poor forgeries.
