I recently got this weird label in a lot and I have not been able to find out anything about it. It reads Als Ganzsachevorhanden which translates to "Available as postal stationery" in German, but not sure what that implies about this item. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm not exactly sure why the label is marked the way it is, but in German "Ganzsache" refers to postal stationery. Therefore, the label says Available as Postal Stationery No. 73. Perhaps it was a postal clerk notice attached to a sheet of stamps that this design is also available in postal stationery format.

Or it may be a stamp dealer inserted this with a display of stamps to indicate an item available also as postal stationery item, or to indicate a stamp missing from a set was available on an item of postal stationery. The number could refer to a stock number or even a catalogue number.

This runs unter "Lückes Ganzsachen Zettel" in Germany.
As usual, the old Schaubek albums contained spaces for stamps only. If a stamp/entire had a higher value on cover than the single stamp/corner cutout, collectors could glue these labels into the album, writing into the spare label space where the entire cover was stored.

The same label also existed as "Lückes Füllmarken". These are bicolor labels showing an allegorical woman holding an album - and served the same purpose.
