This Brazilian block of eight, Scott #330 / RHM #278, appears to be printed on a paper with three horizontal blue lines. They are fuzzy, horizontal and bluish green and broadly spaced, distinct from the three closely spaced, crisp vertical green control lines seen in later Brazilian issues.

Any insight into variety would be much appreciated.

There are some lines on back varieties, but that almost looks like a transfer from notebook paper.
