Found these on some pages for Syria but cannot find any info in Scott or elsewhere. Maybe Turkey based on the two at the bottom but did not see anything under Turkey in Scott either.

These are chiefly, I think, stamps of the Arab kingdom established in Damascus in March 1920. This was overthrown by the French in July 1920 as part of the disastrous Ango-French carve-up of Greater Syria.

The first stamp may be Turkey from 1917, Sc #B47 / Mi #626.

Last stamp looks like Turkey 408 with an extra red smudge/overprint.

They're all Ottoman stamps at base. After the Ottoman defeat, its stamps did service for the regimes that replaced it, eg in Syria, Iraq and Cilicia. Lots on offer here
