Hello. I would like to try and identify these stamps but I am not sure the country of issue is. Can someone please let me know the country so I can see if I can find the catalog numbers. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Your premise is incorrect. You are looking for a country that issued a stamp.
The country you are looking for is Ukraine. It is not a recognised stamp.
