219D is lake. 220 is carmine. 219D seems to be what you have. In my experience, it's been obvious which is 219D vs 220 when you have them side by side.
Found this in a cover box 10 years ago, and I couldn't resist posting it. I wasn't looking for Bureau's at all (I was looking for 65's), but I just loved this one, and still do today:

Sorry to disappoint, but the stamp on what you are showing isn't a Bureau item either. It was a product of the American Bank Note Co., and the date Aug 26, 1890 puts it well ahead of the takeover by the BEP.
