It probably has something to do with the National Railway Company of Belgium (Dutch: Nationale Maatschappij der Belgische Spoorwegen or NMBS; French: Société nationale des chemins de fer belges or SNCB; German: Nationale Gesellschaft der Belgischen Eisenbahnen) is the national railway company of Belgium. The company formally styles itself using the Dutch and French abbreviations NMBS/SNCB. The corporate logo designed in 1936 by Henry van de Velde consists of the linguistically neutral letter B in a horizontal oval.

NMBS/SNCB-Holding was merged into NMBS/SNCB in 2014 in order to simplify the structure of the Belgian railways. NMBS/SNCB holds a Royal Warrant from the Court of Belgium.

It is a 'spoorwegvignet' (railway parcel stamp) of the Belgian national railways. It was stamp 1/1 from a block of four within a sheetlet issued in 2008. The 'B in oval' logo above the word 'HOLDING' is that of NMBS. Read correctly, it says 'NMBS Holding.' This is the company that maintains the stations and real estate of the Belgian railways. Rather than using the Bilingual NMBS/SNCB, the logo understood by all communities was used.

Last Dodo gives an issue date 4 October 2008 and catalogue number TRV-BL16 (OBP catalogue).

According to one online catalogue, this railway vignette is a label without postage value. Issued by the Belgian Railway Company, not for postal or parcel post services.

Check this Belgian listing under 04.10.2008 for the Miniature sheet showing all 4 issues:
