I would like to show you this stamp from my collection, which belongs to a series of two, the first joint issue of a stamp between two countries. It is not in very good condition...but it has made me aware of the existence of joint issues, I had seen stamps from different countries that share the same design, but not the same stamp.

...yes, it is Yugoslavia Scott catalog number 769 to 771, Michel catalog number is 114-115, this set of two have another two printed on s/s of 4 (s/s is "Coat of Arms" design)..... probably first of "Joint Issue" in this format, and yes, stamps are valid for use in Yugoslavia and Romania.
