The stamp on the left is definitely Turkey but I cannot find it here or in Stamp World. The second I think is Turkey but also cannot find it. It is of no value due to a tear but still curious.
Thanks for helping
Paul

The first stamp appears to be a revenue stamp for an airplane fund.

For the second stamp, per google image search:
"Turkey 1916, 5 paras revenue stamp authorized for cigarette papers in the city of Adana."
On the other hand, a different website claims it is an Iraq revenue. I think the first is more accurate.

The McDonald Turkey revenue catalogue lists the second one in its listing of national issues as a 1916 revenue stamp for Cigarette Papers with no mention of Adana.

They were also used, with appropriate overprinting, in 1920 by Faisal's government in Damascus.
