I have a couple of flight covers and I am confused on how the sieger catalog numbers work. I do own a copy of Sieger ZEPPELINPOST KATALOG, 16 Auflage 1956, Zeppelin Mails

First one is Sieger 406 F. Last two are 406 E. The difference is the letter in the cachet that shows where it was applied. The "f" in the first one is for the Stuttgart 9 PO, and "e" in the last two is from Lorch.

These were sent registered, and those are the registration numbers.

These differences are very tiny in that these covers were all sent in on the same first flight.
