Why the stamp has no certificate seems obvious. Why someone would be foolish enough to buy the stamp (with or without a certificate) is not.

Yes, but "God Bless America" is in the listing, so I'm sure everything will be just fine. That adds an additional weird element to this.

The "Please" at the end really sells it. Very heartfelt. Plus, if you count the perfs, there are 11 holes on BOTH top and bottom.
