It's been years since I had a Hipstamp store, as I exited once the two-way sync feature stopped working, but when I had to "realign" things between the two platforms, I found the best way was to delete all my Hipstamp listings and do an
ebay re-sync from scratch.
The feature set may have changed in the interim, so please get a second opinion before trying that.
Candidly, contacting Hipstamp support and posting in the Hipstamp forum is probably a better resource for this type of support-related question.
EDIT: I seem to recall isolated cases where certain listings wouldn't be imported into Hipstamp whether due to the
ebay categories they were in, or settings on the specific listings, but I cannot remember the specifics.
