Looking to the Revenue mavens on this one.
Is October too late in '63 to be considered as "safe" to identify a part perf?



margins look fairly clean, but wanted to see if any of you guys were online tonight and could take a look.

Not too late.

Top and bottom look good, and the "cuts" look weathered, which is usually a problem with trimmed full perf stamps.

I vote yes it is good, but Eric, Dan, and Bert can weigh in as I am not as good with whether the colors match time frames.

That said, with a 1863 canx....

Looks good to me. Color, paper, margins, cancel, even the L-R centering is the typical part-perf centering (i.e., not great).
