One of things that I collect are fiscal stamps on old documents used in the region of ex Yugoslavia, from the beginning until 1941.
Often, I get documents in archaic German and I do not bother trying to translate them, as I am interested in document being authentic and with stamp intact.
Now, I got this document that has several pages(large format paper), that I would like to understand the context as it covers interesting period - middle of 19th century and relates to area of Vojvodina, where it was a period of national struggle of Serbian people for status within Hungary.

I would appreciate if someone is able and willing to help me with general translation of this, first page.
