I know colors can be difficult to determine, scanned or photos, so I hate to ask, but I would like some opinions. What shade is it?

Thanks in advance.

As you indicate, it cannot be told. Any answer is pure speculation.

Ran my SG color guide over it, can't quite match it up. closest I can see is a deep blue, in my opinion. Then again a newer SC color guide isn't very good. used to have an old SG color guide that was great but lost it in 2012 when my home burnt down.

An SG colour key works only with the SG commonwealth catalogue.
It has been shown here many times SC and SG do not use the same colour names.
