Sent some used Ecuador stamps I have to an Aussie that's on a FB group I'm on.

The reply, once received was "Your stamps from Ecuador arrived today. Thank you so much for your kindness ! I hope you win the lottery or something equally as good happens #128515; !"

Made me happy to know that someone else was happy with what I just piled in to a glassine over the years for the sole reason that I just didn't want to throw anything out.

Wish everyone simply took the time to at least say "thank you" even if the enthusiasm was lacking. But ultimately, knowing that I might have helped another collector expand their interest/collection was the cool part. Would also be nice to see other stories like this if they are out there.
