Hi
I collected covers for many years with friends, but now must downsize. I have a pretty complete collection (I think) of Artmaster US first day covers from 1972 to 2002, including regular postage, airmail, blocks when appropriate, and higher face value stamps (hundreds of covers). I'm aware FDCs have limited sale value but they were fun to collect.

I am willing to donate them to a good cause and am seeking opinions about good options. Something youth oriented would be ideal but am not aware of any local groups in Maine. Is the the American Philatelic Society a good choice? Other ideas about how to locate and send them to youth stamp clubs or young collectors?

Moderator: I apologize if this question has been addressed in other forums. I'm new and have not quite figured out how things are organized, so please adjust the forum if appropriate. thank you.
