The imperfs were printed, they are rare and expensive. Yours look to be in fantastic condition or new

It seems reasonable that I should get these to an expert for confirmation and quality. Any suggestions?

The whole series is fake.
You posted pictures of 2 different 80 Pf stamps. Is this a joke?
Just look at the background lines and that's enough.

I was surprised by the paper color as well when scanned at 2800dpi. So, I reduced the dpi to 600 AND scrambled the stamp sequence to show no BS.

I'm not sure how I got that 2nd image, as you aid it is totally different when looking at details. Going to try again.

The images are being shrunk when you upload them. At that low resolution, it's not possible to see sufficient detail to render an opinion.

Not everything can be expertized on a computer screen . Mail them to the APS for a expert look .

If they come back as real ,then I would get a German cert . before trying to sell them at a European auction house .
