Hi I am mostly a US collector but found this and some red penny stamps I am trying to identify. I tried using the plate identify with the many reference here (https://maltesex.com/cgi-bin/doctar...ode=plating) but would like some help. Seems to me maybe a 7, 8, 9 or 10 plate?

Thoughts?
