I am using the mystic heirloom hingeless albums and in Book VI 2000-04, there is a page that does have not any markings for the stamps.

Does anyone know what should go in these blank spots (if anything) thanks

They may have reserved space for additional values in the set that could be issued after the page was published.

I ended up redoing those Mystic pages to add varieties.

I'm guessing you didn't check Mystic

Maybe they did and couldn't find it. Why make a snarky comment?

It is quite literally the first result in Google when you search "USPS American Design Series."

One man's "snarky" is another man's reasonable suggestion. I'm also guessing he didn't check either Mystic or another source like a catalogue or listing of stamps issued to see whether later stamps in the series would go in those spaces. I'm guessing we don't help a discussion by being so quick to judge other people's motives.
