US Scott 526 Vs 528 Help

So im taking a look at sorting some US stamps and need a hand please. I've got the attached im trying to decipher and wording if it's a Sc 526 or Sc 528? I see the different Types from IV - VII and I think I have a Type Va, Sc 528.

Do I have it right?

Appears to be 528B, type VII.
