Among my last lot of UK stamps, I found this copy that I believe is an SG#311A, I think this because it is obviously the model without a cross in the crown and because the cancellation is from 1913... The case is that in the SG catalog there is a very high value for Mint stamps but there is nothing for the used stamp...does this mean that the stamp has no value?

It means there has not been a trade in a used one.
The cross is there.

Nice find ,now all you need is certificate for it . With a cert. you can get $40.00 to $60.00 for a stamp the catalog list at $260.00.

No find. A certificate is a waste of money. On this stamp the crown is just a horizontal line with two short bars on each extreme. Often it touches the red printing making it difficult to see.

OP's stamp is the normal stamp. A good scan rather than the blurry picture will make it clear to see.

If I understand correctly, two small dots already mean that there is a crown, therefore my stamp would probably be an SG#309. Could this other stamp without any points be an SG#341a?

The Cross on the crown of that Edward VII stamp is very rudimentary and looks nothing like a cross.

If you are hoping for another 'no cross on crown,' that might be one. It requires a good scan to be sure, but it looks promising.
