In my usual flea market, I found this stamp from Italy-Roman States...I don't know these stamps but it caught my attention when I noticed a certain age in the printing, the papal shield and being imperforate...So I bought it for 35 cents. The fact is that when I located it in the Scott SC#17 catalog, I have seen that it could be a valuable stamp from the year 1867, but also that it could not be original since private impressions were made... I don't know what to think, personally because of the indications from the Scott catalog I would say that it is not original but I have a doubt….
