Russian Empire Stamps Very Thin Paper

Hi, just sharing a stamp I came across in a collection I acquired and am going through.

This particular one is from 1921 according to the original owner. I've not verified that. What was of interest to me is how extremely thin the paper is. I don't know if you can see in the one held up to the light. It is a translucent paper. Never seen that before.

The second issue of the RSFSR. September 1921. The 100 rubles stamp was printed on both ordinary and pelure paper (apparently the one you have). Scott 181a. No premium for the pelure paper versio.
