Found these today
I understand they date back to 1860 but not really sure.
Would appreciate any comments

They come without watermark (1860) and with an elephant's head watermark (1865). The former comes on white paper and blueté paper.

I am quite convinced the third stamp has a watermark to the lower left as seen in your picture.
