My (blue) Scott International goes through 1955. Korea to 1903 (Corea) is located between Cook Islands and Costa Rico. Likewise, Korea beginning with 1946 is located between Kenya & Uganda and Kuwait / Leeward Islands.
Where is Korea between 1904 and 1947 located? Thanks, really appreciate your help.
I believe Korea was under Japanese rule from 1910 to 1945. Looks like 1903 was the last issue before annexation by Japan and 1946 was first year of issue after liberation from Japan. Note that Korea was split into North and South around that same time. North Korea also issued its own stamps starting in 1946. Hopefully I have this all correct.
